ACCURACY

Information provided for each product or collection of products, is accurate at the time of publication and fits unpolished watches exactly. Product photography and images within the website are specifically designed to give a true representation of the finished product. All WatchShells films are strictly quality controlled, and variations in the final product finishes or defects, do not exist. However, computer browsers and display technologies may vary, which means we cannot guarantee that the perceived color tone of your computer screen is accurate to the actual product.

We reserve the right to update or delete material from this site and may, at any time, revise these terms. You are bound by any such revisions and we, therefore, recommend that you visit this page to review the current terms each time you revisit our site.

GENERAL

WatchShells is not liable for any form of loss or damage caused to your wrist watch for any reason. WatchShells’ handcrafted products pass 5 levels of inspection at our factory located in Korea, before coming to a final in-house inspection and pairing process. You will receive perfect and flawless shells which have been verified as such. Each WatchShells has been calibrated to easily and effortlessly install onto its intended watch. If you encounter a problem installing the shells, then you most likely have the wrong products for your watch. Please contact us immediately to resolve this issue.

Please make sure to install your shells correctly, or otherwise, have a watch or jewelry professional install your shells for you. We will not accept damaged shells for return or exchange. Some installation tools are sharp and may pierce or scratch the protecting shells during installation, if mishandled. WatchShells is not responsible for any damage or loss to a strap or watch which occurs after purchase, since we will not be able to verify the validity of any claim.

If any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions is considered by any court or regulatory authority to be unfair, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be considered deleted from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the other provisions. The laws of Korea (Republic of) govern these Terms and Conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Korea (Republic of). Whilst we take appropriate steps to protect this site from malicious attacks, we cannot warrant that it is entirely free from the risk of virus attacks.

SHIPPING

All orders placed on our website usually ship the following business day if the order is received before 5 pm EST, or within up to 48 hours at most. We use FedEx shipping, a first class service which provides a live tracking number for your convenience. Shipping options are as follows:
